ZAKI AHMAD KAMALI

An experienced Supply Chain & Finance professional, having 31 years diversified business experience with Johnson & Johnson, one of the world’s leading Health Care organizations. Hold leadership positions in Finance, Materials Management, Supply Chain, and IT areas. Engaged in consultancy, advisory, and training work. Member of ISCEA Pakistan Advisory Board, and ISCEA Master Trainer in Pakistan. Completed a BPR project for Al-Karam mainly focused on significant cost reduction with the improved service levels through reengineering of all export shipment processes, development of new SOPs, Process Flow Charts, JDs, KPIs, & Annual Objectives for Export department. Striving to enhance the Supply Chain knowledgebase and education in Pakistan, and trying to increase the awareness of huge benefits of the revolutionary Demand Driven Planning system.

DR. SHUJAAT MUBARIK

Holds PhD & MS in Supply Chain and Business Administration with Certified Supply Chain Manager (CSCM) and Certified Professional Manager (CPM) in Logistics from International Institute of Supply Chain Management. Also Certified Trained The Trainer (TTT).  Experienced in the field of Business planning, Supply Chain Management, teaching and training. Area of research includes economics of supply chain, human capital management and intellectual capital management.  Published 25 research papers in highly reputable and diverse journals like Learning organization, American Journal of Transplantation, International Journal of Social Economics, and Social Indicators Research etc. He has conducted number of workshops on AHP in Malaysia and he is widely popular for his research expertise in analytical hierarchal process (AHP), structural equation modeling (SEM) and meta-analysis. He is consulted by number of postgraduate students, researchers and lecturers in Pakistan, and abroad.
